Why Icon Endurance?

Use the Icon endurance program to improve your aerobic capacity using running, biking, rowing, and mixed modality workouts.

This program includes three workouts per week for 9 weeks and can be used in conjunction with Icon programming or independently. It consists of two row/ run/bike days with various intervals (one 4 on 3 off interval training day, and one varied interval day) and the third day is a low load interval based long workout.

For best results when using Icon programming, include these endurance training sessions with one day of heavy weightlifting and one day with a sub 10-minute intense workout. If you’re using this as a standalone program, complete all three days in any order you’d like and take at least a day in between workouts.
